  1. In my humble opinion, it is just a question of offering better quality or more specialized services.

  2. That is what companies do and it works in the same way for freelancers.

    • Unfortunately, on sites like upwork the only way is to offer even lower rates… That is the essence of those crowdsourcing companies.
