Services

Agreeing upon the work to be performed

The services section is generally in the beginning of the contract, but can be broken up into two parts with one part at the beginning and the second part attached at the end.

The services section tells you what services and work product are to be performed.

Make sure that the section is as detailed as possible to protect yourself against scope creep. Also, make sure you add an approval process so that you and your client have a clear understanding of when the services are done.
